You are more beautiful than you think

This video keeps popping up on my Facebook so I decided to watch it and I really enjoyed it. Just last week, Eric told me that I am too hard on myself, and too critical. I found a background for my cell phone with those exact words, "don't be so hard on yourself." It has helped me each day because I tell Eric all the time that I am my own worst enemy, and this video is just what I need to see!
